When Do We Meet ?

  • Pack Meetings are held on Sundays, once a month from 3:00pm – 5:00pm.
  • Den Meetings are decided by the Den Leaders.  Most are on Sunday Afternoons, for one or two hours, once or twice a month.

Registration is now open for Cub Scout Resident Camp

The dates for Cub Resident Camp are July 6th - July 9th at Black Creek Scout Reservation.  Cost is $140/scout and $50/adult.  If you register before May 1st, there will be a $15 discount for scouts.  If interested, please contact Jason Whittaker for registration details and to be added to the Pack reservation.  For more details, go here:  http://www.bcsrsummercamp.com/cub-programs.html.

Blue and Gold Banquet to Celebrate the Birthday of Scouting

The Blue and Gold Banquet will be held on Saturday, February 20th.  This is our annual celebration of Scouting and a time to honor our Webelos II scouts.  We will have a Potluck style dinner, entertainment, and an awards ceremony.  Childcare will be provided for $5 per child but you must notify Amy Reed no later than Feb 12.  The Pack will provide spaghetti as the main course.  Below are den assignments for the potluck dinner.  Please sign up on the Pack calendar as soon as possible so that we can get a headcount and be sure to specify what you plan to bring. 

Boogity, Boogity, Boogity...Let's go racing, boys!

The 2016 Pinewood Derby Race will be held on Saturday, January 30th, 2016 at New Life Church in Richmond Hill.  (Located at 6252 GA-144, Richmond Hill, GA...1st church south of Roundabout-NOT same as last year.)  Cars must be registered on the Friday before the race in order to participate.  See the attached rules and specifications for details on building your derby car.  Race day schedules are attached below and posted on the calendar.  (The attached specifications and rules documents are from the Twin River District but they apply to our Pack and District races as well.)

Pictures needed for Blue and Gold Banquet

We are about a month away from the Blue and Gold Banquet (2/20/16) and we're looking for pictures to inlude in the slide presentation that will run during the banquet.  If you have any pictures of your scout or den doing scout related stuff, please forward to Amy Reed at amymreed83@yahoo.com.  We are asking for pictures to be turned in by Friday, Feb 12th.

Winter Muster

Winter Muster is right around the corner!  

Dec 11-13 at Fort McAllister State Park.  Don't miss the fun of the last big event of the year!  In addition to the muster and re-enactment at the Fort, we will have a Pack meeting on Saturday afternoon, a service opportunity, and the Bears will have carnival games for the other Scouts to enjoy!  

Haunted Trail Council Campout - Sign up by Oct 1st to save $5 per person on registration

The Haunted Trail Council Campout doesn't take place until October 24th-25th but if you sign up before October 1st you can save $5 per person on the registration.  Before October 1st, the cost is $15/youth and $5/adult.  Starting October 1st, the cost goes to $20/youth and $10/adult.  Go to the Pack calendar and follow the link to register on the Council webpage.  Make sure you also sign up on the Pack page so that we have a headcount for food.
