When Do We Meet ?

  • Pack Meetings are held on Sundays, once a month from 3:00pm – 4:00pm.
  • Den Meetings are decided by the Den Leaders.  Most are on Sunday Afternoons, for one or two hours, once or twice a month.

Where Do We Meet ?

  • We meet at the Richmond Hill Presbyterian Church located between Sterling Creek and the Publix on GA-144.
  • Pack Meetings are held in the Church Sanctuary and Den Meetings are either in the church house or in the Pavillion in the back.

Cub Resident Camp

The deadline to sign up for Cub Resident camp and get the early bird discount is the April 30th Pack meeting.  Dates are June 6th-10th.  Cost is $125 for scouts and $50 for adults.  If you have questions or would like to sign up, please contact the Cubmaster or Kendra Scott.

Council Camp Card Sale

If anyone would like to participate in the Camp Card sale to earn money for Council (50%) and your scout (50%) please contact the Cubmaster or Committee Chair.  Deadline to turn in all cards and money is Crossover ceremony on May 7.

Blue and Gold Banquet

Blue and Gold Banquet will be held on March 4th this year.  You don't want to miss this event.  If you plan to attend, please log in and sign up on the event page so we have a firm headcount.  Please designate if you will need childcare that night.  Watch for emails to be sent this week with more information.

Scout Sunday

In observation of Scout Sunday, Pack, Troop, and Crew 400 are leading the entire service at RHPC on Sunday, February 12th.  We need 5 or 6 Cub Scouts to help with bulletins, flags, offeratory, and scripture readings.  If you and your scout are available to attend RHPC on this day, please contact the Cubmaster.  Service begins at 11:00 am but everyone needs to arrive by 10:30 am to rehearse and prepare.

Pinewood Derby Rules and Specs

It's that time of year again.  Pinewood Derby is coming up on Saturday, January 28th with weigh in taking place the night before the race.  There will be an opportunity to cut out cars on Saturday, January 7th.  Race rules and specifications are attached.  Please keep in mind that trophies and awards will be given to the top 3 racers in the Pack, the top 3 racers in each den, as well as the Most Creative, Most Colorful, Coolest Accessories, and Funniest Car in each den.  Parents and siblings may also race but must purchase a car for $5/each.  Stay tuned for more details and the race day schedule.  Pinewood Derby car specifications and race rules are attached for your reference.

Winter Muster at Ft McAlister

This upcoming weekend is the annual Pack 400 event at the Winter Muster at Ft McAlister.  Please be sure to sign up on the Pack Calendar if you plan to attend.  See the Pack Calendar for the weekend schedule and details.  Annual Pack dues must be turned in at this event.
